July 24, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Sound Bath with Andrea Lisette Villiere
August 7, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of multiple gongs, Tibetan, quartz crystal and alchemy singing bowls. The hypnotic drone of the Shruti, chimes, the drum, and more! Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience – it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The healing harmonics work to realign your entire system – a restorative bath of sound!

Participants should bring a yoga mat, blankets, or sleeping bag and a pillow with you. Eye masks are an optional benefit to add to the sensory experience.

Learn more about Andrea's sound healing on her website.
