The Space

In 1967, a two-story commercial garage in the hamlet of Blue Mountain Lake was transformed into the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts. On site facilities include: two studio workshops, a consignment shop, office space, and storage and service areas.

OUR PERFORMANCE SPACE:
Our multi-purpose performance hall is a flexible space used for performances, workshops, community events, dance and performing arts classes, and installation exhibits.  We have recently upgraded our stage, curtains and theatrical lighting.

OUR GALLERIES:
In 2009, all of our gallery spaces were renovated, including the addition of a new light sculpture gallery.

OUR WORKSHOPS:
The Arts Center features two workshops spaces designed for works in all types of media including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, fiber arts, and photography.

THE CLARKSON ADIRONDACK INITIATIVE BUSINESS CENTER: 
A perfect office away from home!  A dedicated business space complete with computers, wireless internet, office supplies, and ample meeting space.  $5 daily use fee applies
